Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Demonstrated track record of setting and advancing policy strategy in large, complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of government decision-making and public-private mechanisms.
• Ability to translate complex policy issues into practical strategies and measurable results.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to the Institute’s mission.

Responsabilités

• Lead the policy strategy on financial health for the JPMorganChase Institute.
• Partner with Global Government Relations and CR colleagues to design and implement policy campaigns.
• Represent the Institute and JPMorganChase in external policy discussions with officials and stakeholders.
• Shape the Institute’s thought leadership on financial health through policy analysis and public engagement.
