Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years in public policy or related fields, with focus on financial health and mobility.
• Proven track record of setting policy strategy in large organizations.
• Ability to translate complex policy and economic analysis into practical recommendations.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and alignment with JPMC's mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy strategy on financial health aligned with ADI.
• Evaluate policy approaches and their impacts.
• Partner to design and lead policy campaigns end-to-end.
• Ensure alignment with ADI and CR.
• Represent the Institute in external policy discussions.
• Shape thought leadership through policy analysis and public engagement.
