You will shape strategy, coordinate with Global Government Relations (GGR) and Corporate Responsibility (CR), and advise senior leadership with economic policy insights. The role requires deep policy expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in public policy, advocacy, government, the private sector, or related fields.
• Demonstrated track record of setting and advancing policy strategy and delivering outcomes.
• Strong understanding of government decision-making processes and public-private mechanisms.
• Ability to translate complex policy issues into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Executive presence with credibility among senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the policy lead on business growth and entrepreneurship, developing rigorous policy recommendations.
• Evaluate policy approaches and their potential impact on economic outcomes.
• Partner with Government Relations and Corporate Responsibility to design and lead policy campaigns.
• Ensure alignment with the American Dream Initiative and coordinate across CR.
• Represent the Institute in external policy discussions with government, industry, and academic stakeholders.
• Shape the Institute's thought leadership on financial health through policy analysis and public engagement.
