Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in public policy, advocacy, government, or related fields.
• Demonstrated track record of setting and advancing policy strategy in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of government decision-making processes and policy analysis.
• Ability to translate complex policy issues into practical strategies and measurable results.

Responsabilités

• Lead policy strategy on business growth and entrepreneurship, focusing on financial health and barriers to entry.
• Evaluate policy approaches and potential impacts, including incentives and tax policy.
• Collaborate with GGR and CR to design and lead policy campaigns from concept to execution.
• Align priorities with ADI and coordinate across CR.
• Represent the Institute in external policy discussions with government and industry stakeholders.
• Shape thought leadership and public engagement on policy issues.
