The ideal candidate has 12+ years in public policy, a track record in policy strategy, and strong executive presence to influence senior leaders. Advanced degree and broad stakeholder network are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in public policy, advocacy, government, or related fields.
• Demonstrated track record of setting and advancing policy strategy and delivering outcomes in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of government decision-making processes and public-private mechanisms.
• Ability to translate complex policy issues into practical strategies and measurable results.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical capabilities and independent judgment to evaluate policy options.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to the Institute's mission.
• Preferred: Advanced degree, broad network across government, industry, and academia.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the policy lead on financial health, developing rigorous policy recommendations.
• Evaluate policy approaches, including incentives, tax policy, and public-private initiatives.
• Collaborate with GGR and CR colleagues to design and drive policy campaigns.
• Represent the Institute and JPMorganChase in external policy discussions.
• Shape thought leadership on financial health through policy analysis and public engagement.
