JPMorganChase Institute seeks an Executive Director to serve as the leading policy expert on U.S. business growth and entrepreneurship. You will guide policy strategy, partner with Global Government Relations, and provide economic insight to senior leaders.

You will translate complex policy issues into practical guidance and help advance the firm’s American Dream Initiative. A strategic thinker with deep policy expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive public policy experience.
• 12+ years in public policy, advocacy, government, or related fields.
• Proven policy strategy, outcomes, and leadership in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of government decision-making and public-private mechanisms.
• Ability to translate policy issues into practical, measurable actions.
• Executive presence with credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical judgment and independent thinking; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy strategy on business growth and entrepreneurship aligned with ADI.
• Partner with GGR and CR colleagues to design campaigns from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with lines of business and Institute leadership on policy initiatives.
• Represent the Institute in external policy discussions with officials and experts.
• Shape thought leadership on financial health through policy analysis and outreach.
