Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a senior policy and 340B strategist to partner with Market Access, Revenue Management, Government Pricing, Legal, Compliance, and external consultants to protect revenue and guide policy changes.

Based at the Princeton, NJ headquarters, the role leads 340B strategy, policy assessments, and cross‑functional initiatives with Finance, Commercial, and IT, in a hybrid model with up to 50% remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, public policy, healthcare administration, pharmacy, business, or related field.
• MBA, MPH, PharmD, JD, or other advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate policy positions aligned with enterprise strategy across market access, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor changes in healthcare and reimbursement; assess impact of proposed legislation.
• Lead policy impact assessments and scenario modeling for healthcare reforms.
• Translate policy developments into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.
• Provide executive summaries and strategic insights to Finance and Commercial leaders.
• Support long-term forecasting and risk management related to reimbursement and access policy shifts.
• Quantify financial exposure from duplicate discounts, diversion, and contract pharmacies.
• Lead analyses of rebate, chargeback, government pricing, and gross-to-net impacts.
• Develop monitoring processes and dashboards; ensure audit readiness.
• Lead cross-functional teams and present recommendations to executive committees.
• Develop capabilities related to 340B intelligence and policy evaluation.
