Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Business, or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive pharma market access experience; 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of 340B Drug Pricing Program, Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Government Pricing, and Gross-to-Net processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead 340B strategy and governance aligned with enterprise policy and reimbursement.
• Assess federal/state legislative and regulatory changes impacting programs; model policy impact.
• Quantify financial risk from duplicate discounts, diversion, and contract pharmacy utilization; monitor revenue leakage.
