Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with podcast advertisers and agencies to drive network revenue growth.
• Owns key client and agency relationships and builds accounts by establishing trust and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality work.
• Continually develop opportunities to achieve revenue KPIs with regular pipeline updates.
• Manage client projects from start to finish with cross‑functional teams and keep timelines and communications up to date.
• Cultivate new opportunities within current clients and assist in pitches.
• Generate net‑new advertising revenue through strategic selling to agencies and clients.
• Hunter mentality to uncover opportunities and connect them with value-added solutions.
• Develop consultative joint business plans and respond to RFPs with tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and leverage industry relationships.
• Identify customer needs and align with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service while complying with advertising policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and execution.
