Job summary

BRG is building a Financial Institution Operations & Technology practice and seeks senior delivery leaders to own engagements from scope to handover. You will manage client outcomes, delivery quality, team performance, and engagement economics in a senior, hands-on role.

You will partner with the technical lead on architecture and risk, while ensuring accountability and clear ownership across analysts and engineers. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Ten years of prior applicable work experience for Associate Director level or seven years for Senior Managing Consultant level.
• Experience owning consulting engagements and supporting business development, including scoping work, leading delivery teams, and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own engagements from proposal and scoping through implementation, adoption, and handover.
• Lead discovery and solution shaping with client stakeholders and technical leads.
• Manage backlog priorities with client and team, balancing value, feasibility, risk, and delivery capacity.
