Job summary

The role sits within Major Programmes, delivering transformation across industries and offering hybrid working and international collaboration. Prior consulting experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale PMO transformations across complex programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and delivery teams.
• Proven ability to shape governance, benefits and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, mobilisation and leadership of large-scale PMO delivery across programmes.
• Manage digital and hybrid delivery approaches including agile, waterfall or hybrid.
• Develop proposals, bid responses and client relationships for new opportunities.
• Communicate progress with senior client leadership and internal Deloitte teams.
