Deloitte’s Major Programmes PMO Transformation team seeks professionals to lead and deliver complex transformation programmes across multiple industries. You’ll work with diverse teams, apply cutting-edge tooling and analytics, and help clients achieve measurable impact through disciplined PMO delivery.

You will mentor colleagues, manage client relationships, and contribute to development of PMO propositions and solutions in a collaborative, purpose-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with design and development of PMO offices or programmes.
• Delivery of transformation or managed services across industries.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to mentor and manage junior team members.
• Familiarity with Prince2, PMI/APM or equivalent qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Assist with design, implementation and development of Project, Programme or Portfolio Management Offices.
• Develop and own plans, monitor critical paths across workstreams.
• Prepare and review project progress reports and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Prepare budgets and business cases with financial modelling.
• Support governance forums with agendas and materials.
• Maintain project assets and foster effective sharing and communication.
• Mentor and manage less experienced team members.
• Support growth of client relationships and identify opportunities.
