Job summary

• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong knowledge of programme/portfolio management and governance
• Experience delivering digital/cloud transformation and data-enabled change
• Ability to develop client propositions and win work
• Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to design, shape and deliver strategically significant projects and programmes
• Partner with senior client stakeholders as the subject matter expert on Programme Leadership
• Apply consulting expertise, industry knowledge and tools to anticipate and address programme challenges
• Coordinate cross-Deloitte and client teams to deliver complex client programmes and outcomes
• Support business development by building client relationships and contributing to proposals
• Contribute to internal practice development through thought leadership and knowledge sharing
• Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills with diverse audiences
