Job summary

Levata is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to close, using the PMO methodologies. You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor teams to deliver complex initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring five years of relevant experience, exceptional communication, and strong problem-solving skills. The role requires building trusted client relationships and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently or in a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Ability to travel (minimal travel) in support of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete lifecycles of complex projects (Initiation to Close).
• Execute projects using the BCI PMO Methodology.
• Manage multiple internal and external projects simultaneously.
• Mentor and guide colleagues on project management practices.
• Quote PM engagements and present PMO capabilities.
• Review Scopes of Work and manage project budgets.
• Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Track time, manage issues, risks, escalations, and RCA.
• Provide reporting and updates to executives as needed.
• Support project managers and PMO Director when required.
