Job summary

Levata is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Professional Services support team, including Project Management and Client Services. You will ensure projects are planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently, driving consistency in delivery and customer experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven risk identification, and a focus on accountability and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, professional services, or customer delivery.
• Experience leading employees in an operational environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP, CRM, or PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Project Managers and Client Services team.
• Establish clear performance expectations and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Balance workloads and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and customer service.
• Own end-to-end operational health of customer projects, from kickoff to closeout.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies to preempt delays.
• Ensure customer communications are timely and professional.
• Review project documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Sales and delivery to validate feasibility before commitments.
