Job summary

Moss is seeking a Senior Project Manager, PMO, to lead high‑visibility initiatives within the Moss Energy Division. This on‑site role at the Fort Lauderdale, FL office reports to the Senior Manager, PMO and requires coordinating with executives, staff, and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in PM in a large IT environment, PMP certification, and experience with Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile methods and tools like Procore or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of project management experience in a large/complex IT environment is required.
• Experience with Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile methodologies is required.
• Active PMP certification is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Knowledge or experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, Procore, ERP systems, or Clarity PPM is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintains project plans (schedule, resources, RAID log, budget) using the SPMO framework.
• Employ Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile methodologies to balance structure and flexibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align with goals.
• Provide regular updates to Senior/Executive Leadership and manage expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and change requests.
• Conduct project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
• Lead projects with clear communication and facilitation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Guide, direct, and support the project team members.
• Allocate resources, track progress, and adjust schedules as needed.
