Moss & Associates LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead on-site activities, coordinate with Owners, Design Partners and Subcontractors, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with construction project management applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills interfacing with owners, engineers and teams.
• Leadership skills including coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Manages two to three job sites with multiple reports.
• Oversees preconstruction services, reviews design documents and owner criteria.
• Identifies subcontractors, facilitates partnering, and reviews budgets.
• Executes cost tracking, cash flow management and financial reporting.
• Administers change orders, safety programs and insurance requirements.
• Stays aligned with schedules and procurement, ensuring site coordination.
