Job summary

Prolific Academic Ltd seeks top-level Operations and PMO experts to join our Expert Network. You’ll apply hands-on governance, portfolio planning, and capacity expertise to answer research questions and review scenarios for researchers worldwide.

Successful candidates will complete a short test and, if selected, join as a paid participant with flexible hours and remote work options. Pay is competitive per hour for expert contributions.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in Operations or PMO across multiple sectors.
• Deep domain knowledge in project governance, resource planning and portfolio management.
• Hands-on experience with planning or PPM platforms such as MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions with expert perspective on prioritisation, resource allocation and governance.
• Review PMO scenarios including governance cycles, capacity reviews and budget forecasting.
• Participate in surveys and interviews to inform research on planning practices.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows and processes for planning and portfolio management.
• Contribute to framework input on how PMO functions use planning tools and governance frameworks.
