Job summary

Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO Leaders to join our Expert Network as subject matter experts. You’ll apply hands‑on governance, portfolio management, and capacity planning skills to respond to research questions and scenarios.

Successful candidates will complete a brief test and, if selected, contribute expert insights while earning competitive pay and flexible work from home opportunities. Pay is up to $200 per hour for the right experts, with payments via PayPal.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO across multiple sectors.
• Strong domain knowledge in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
• Proficiency with planning/PPM tools such as MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking to interpret complex planning workflows and provide clear insights.
• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail in governance, planning, or PMO topics.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions with expert perspectives on prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and planning processes.
• Review PMO scenarios, governance cycles, capacity reviews, milestone escalations, and budgeting workflows.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews providing domain-informed insights.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes for planning and portfolio management.
• Contribute expert input to help researchers understand how PMO functions use planning tools and governance frameworks.
