Job summary

Prolific Academic Ltd is seeking Operations and PMO leaders with hands-on experience in operations, project governance, portfolio management and capability planning to join our Expert Network as subject matter experts.

If successful, you’ll complete a short test and may be invited to work on paid tasks for researchers and organisations, with compensation up to $200 per hour and flexible hours, including work from home.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience in operations or PMO across multiple sectors.
• Strong ability to interpret complex planning workflows.
• Experience with portfolio governance and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions with expert perspective on prioritisation and resources.
• Review PMO scenarios like governance cycles and budget forecasting.
• Participate in surveys and interviews providing domain insights.
• Offer feedback on tools and processes for planning platforms.
• Contribute to framework input for governance and planning.
