Job summary

Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO leaders with hands-on governance, portfolio management and planning experience to join our Expert Network as subject matter experts. If selected, you’ll complete a short test and, if successful, be invited to participate as a paid expert sharing insights with researchers and organizations.

Pay is competitive, with researchers paying up to $200 per hour. Tasks may require one hour of work, though many are shorter, and you can work from home with flexible

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in Operations or PMO across sectors.
• Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or capacity planning.
• Planning or PMO tooling experience (MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Analytical thinking and clear written communication for research questions.
• A PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Answering Research Questions: share expert perspective on prioritisation, allocation, governance and planning processes.
• Scenario Review: apply real-world experience to assess PMO scenarios, governance cycles, capacity reviews, escalations and forecasting workflows.
• Surveys & Interviews: participate in structured surveys or interviews informing research into planning practices.
• Product & Process Feedback: provide informed feedback on tools, workflows, and processes for planning and portfolio management.
