Job summary

Prolific seeks Operations and PMO leaders with hands-on governance, portfolio management, and planning experience to join our Expert Network as subject matter experts. If selected, you may complete paid research tasks for researchers and organisations globally.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above in Operations or PMO across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
• Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
• Hands-on use of planning/PPM tools like MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions on topics like project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance.
• Assess and respond to planning/PMO scenarios such as governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting workflows.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews where your domain expertise informs planning practices and PMO operations.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management in operations/PMO contexts.
• Contribute subject matter input to help research teams understand how PMO functions use planning tools and governance frameworks.
