Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management Operations to drive governance, planning, and portfolio visibility across development programs in a largely remote environment.

You will partner with PMO leads, GDTs, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate plans into action, deliver dashboards and insights, and enable timely program delivery.

A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in biotech or pharmaceutical program management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams within an R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution readiness across assigned programs.
• Drive governance readiness and decision support for key governance forums.
• Own portfolio reporting with dashboards, metrics, and portfolio views for leadership.
