Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, operations, finance, or related field.
• Progressive PMO/project management experience in asset-intensive operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide capital portfolio coordination from idea intake to closeout.
• Maintain authoritative view of scope, budget, forecast, schedule, risks, and ownership.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews with concise, decision-focused materials.
• Assess readiness to advance through gates based on strategy and plans.
• Drive cost control, baselines, forecasting, and change management.
• Establish PMO standards, tools, and governance across sites.
