The role emphasizes operational credibility, financial acumen, and the ability to challenge plans constructively while partnering with stakeholders across sites and functions. Travel to operating sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Progressive PMO/project mgmt experience in asset-intensive operations (mining/chem/energy).
• Ability to govern a multi-site capital portfolio and manage cost, forecast, schedule, scope, risk, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide capital portfolio coordination from intake to financial closeout.
• Maintain authoritative portfolio view of scope, budget, schedule, risks, and ownership.
• Facilitate portfolio and stage-gate reviews with concise materials for leadership.
