Job summary

Arctic Wolf seeks a Senior Manager to lead the PMO, drive portfolio governance, and enable strategic planning across IT and business applications. You will partner with leaders to balance investments, manage dependencies, and deliver executive-level reporting.

You will guide a team of project and program managers, establish delivery standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives, risk controls, and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO Leadership, Portfolio Management, Business Operations, Strategy, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing Project Managers, Program Managers, or similar professionals.
• Proven success building and leading PMO, governance, or portfolio management functions.
• Experience with strategic planning, OKRs, capacity planning, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO and develop a team of Project Managers and Program Managers.
• Portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and investment visibility.
• Strategy, planning and business operations, including annual and quarterly planning and OKR management.
• Executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and board-ready materials.
