Job summary

RunwiththePack at Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy, Portfolio Management & PMO to lead the PMO and a team of Project and Program Managers. You will partner with Business Applications leadership to drive planning, prioritization, portfolio governance, executive reporting, and operational excellence.

You will provide visibility, governance, and disciplined execution for a growing portfolio, support annual and quarterly planning, OKRs, and leadership reviews, and deliver KPI

Qualifications

• Lead PMO and mentor project managers.
• Oversee portfolio governance, intake and prioritization.
• Drive reporting standards, KPI dashboards and executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO leadership and develop the PMO team.
• Manage portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Support annual & quarterly planning and OKR management.
• Create executive dashboards and scorecards for leadership.
• Oversee strategic programs and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate M&A integration planning and reporting.
