Job summary

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy, Portfolio Management & PMO to lead the PMO, govern portfolio processes, and drive strategic initiatives across IT, security, HR, Finance, and facilities.

You will build a high-performing team, establish standards, and provide executive visibility into portfolio health. You will partner with Business Applications leadership to drive planning, prioritization, and governance, ensuring execution excellence and alignment with company

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO Leadership, Portfolio Management, Business Operations, Strategy, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing Project Managers, Program Managers, or similar professionals.
• Proven success building and leading PMO, governance, or portfolio management functions.
• Experience with prioritization, planning, resource management, and portfolio governance processes.
• Experience with M&A integration, strategic planning, OKRs, and executive reporting.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO development and mentor a team of Project and Program Managers.
• Manage portfolio intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Support annual and quarterly planning, OKR management, and leadership operating rhythms.
• Own executive reporting, dashboards, KPI reporting, and portfolio visibility.
• Provide governance and oversight for complex transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Support M&A integration planning, governance, and executive reporting.
