Job summary

Education Management Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex software implementations, coordinating across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success. You will mentor junior PMs, improve department processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with executives to optimize resource planning and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of five years of project management experience leading complex software implementation or technology deployment projects.
Experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations, preferably in healthcare technology, healthcare simulation, EdTech, or related industries.
Proven success managing multiple cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
Experience communicating status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
PMP certification is required.
Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead complex customer implementation projects from PO to acceptance.
Mentor Project Managers with coaching and best practices.
Drive accountability across projects for schedule, scope, budget, quality, and satisfaction.
Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with Engineering to review deliverables and execution.
Monitor budgets, forecasting, and financial performance with Finance and Cost Accounting.
Plan resource utilization across internal teams and subcontractors.
Lead continuous improvement to enhance processes and efficiency.
Maintain PM templates, standards, and best practices.
Ensure data and milestones are accurate in Asana and other tools.
Drive post-install activities and punch list completion.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.
Complete special projects supporting org initiatives.
Pursue ongoing professional development in PM.
