Job summary
Charles Schwab, in partnership with DAFgiving360, seeks an experienced Senior PMO/Program Manager to lead Portfolio Management initiatives bridging technology and business outcomes. You will drive governance, align multiple workstreams, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure strategic delivery and impactful results.

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred
- PMP certification highly regarded
- 10+ years of PMO/program management experience
- Strong collaboration with senior leaders and teams
- Experience managing large agile cross-functional programs
Responsibilities
- Define, govern, and optimize portfolio level delivery
- Lead PMO and Digital Solutions team engagement models
- Provide governance and reporting across business & technology programs
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget and risk
- Coordinate with Schwab Central Project Management Office as needed
- Elevate project governance and monthly reporting processes
- Partner with SMT leaders to align with strategic priorities
- Oversee portfolio finance and resource planning across initiatives
- Support Lean Portfolio Management practices and process improvements
- Deliver stakeholder communications and decision-ready status updates
