Job summary

Charles Schwab, in partnership with DAFgiving360, seeks a Senior Manager - IT Program Management to lead project portfolio governance, PMO evolution, and program management across key initiatives. The role reports to Schwab Charitable and supports interdependent technology and business programs.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with office collaboration and remote work, and requires 10+ years in project/program management, PMP, and strong stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• PMP certification.
• 10+ years’ experience in project/program management.
• Strong project management and methodology skills (Agile, Lean, RUP, etc).
• Ability to build relationships and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑starter with ability to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels.
• SAFe LPM certification is a strong plus.
• Experience managing large Agile cross‑functional teams & team resources is a strong plus.
• Budget and financial management experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns and oversees Project Portfolio Management across the DAFgiving360 program.
• Define and evolve the DAFgiving360 PMO and Digital Solutions engagement model.
• Act as SME on project interdependencies and alignment needs.
• Serve as Program Manager for strategic initiatives with internal/external partners.
• Facilitate portfolio reporting and provide roadmaps for in-flight efforts.
• Support resource and capacity planning with Strategic Planning.
• Advance Lean Portfolio Management practices within the organization.
• Oversee portfolio governance and financial reporting.
