The role drives execution across complex programs, translating strategy into actionable plans and aligning business, technology, operations, and risk partners to move initiatives forward with clarity and momentum.

The role requires leading in a matrixed environment, surfacing risks early, and shaping governance to improve program health and readiness at launch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program execution, transformation, or business strategy roles
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning business, technology, and operations
• Strong program execution leadership with ability to translate objectives into execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and decisions
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and drive decisions
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while balancing priorities and maintaining progress
• Experience influencing outcomes across a highly matrixed organization without direct authority
