Job summary

Landing Point, a leading financial advisory firm, is seeking a hands-on leader for its Program Management Office to drive complex programs and establish PMO standards. Based in New York, you will guide a team of project managers and Scrum Masters, align initiatives with strategic goals, and elevate governance across the portfolio.

You will recruit, coach, and manage performance, identify dependencies and risks, and communicate escalation paths to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Financial services experience required.
• Investment-banking experience strongly preferred.
• Technology program, SDLC, and Agile experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management Office and a team of project managers and Scrum Masters.
• Personally lead the firm’s most complex programs.
• Recruit, coach, and manage performance of team members.
• Build PMO standards and governance.
• Identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and contingencies to inform leadership decisions.
