You will partner with Technology, Finance, Risk, and People teams to align priorities, improve accountability, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The position is hybrid.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management or PMO.
• Experience translating strategy into executable programs and roadmaps.
• Strong financial acumen and risk management capabilities.

• Lead the CMD's portfolio and PPMO function, aligning investments with priorities and outcomes.
• Provide senior leaders with portfolio insights, risk transparency, and executive reporting.
• Oversee complex, high-impact programs spanning transformation, operations, and distribution.
