Qualifications
- 10+ years in portfolio or program management or related leadership roles.
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing complex portfolios in a matrixed environment.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence.
- Experience with enterprise portfolio planning and data-driven governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio planning, governance, and execution discipline for CMD.
- Align strategy with enterprise planning and funding to deliver value.
- Coordinate cross-portfolio and roadmapping activities across teams.
- Provide decision-ready insights via dashboards and governance forums.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive decisions and remove friction.
