Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company seeks a Senior Manager, PMO to design and operate a disciplined IT governance framework that standardizes planning, execution, and reporting across the Global Business Systems organization. This leader will replace ad hoc practices with a scalable, portfolio-wide approach.

Reporting to the Global VP IT, you will stand up the PMO, build templates and dashboards, align SAP and non-SAP initiatives, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT project/program management, including 4+ years leading a PMO function
• Experience standing up or rebuilding a PMO
• Experience managing large ERP programs (SAP preferred)
• Fluency in waterfall and agile/hybrid delivery
• Manufacturing/engineer-to-order experience a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Define and roll out a common hybrid project management methodology across IT
• Own intake, prioritization, and a single view of the IT portfolio
• Build forecasting and allocation models for IT resources across the portfolio
• Own project budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Lead governance cadences and executive reporting
• Establish risk management processes across the portfolio
• Provide program management for high-stakes initiatives like SAP
• Oversee vendor performance and contract outcomes
