Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a Global Director, Digital Enablement to lead and evolve our SAP landscape, driving digital transformation across the organization. You will define and execute global SAP strategies and oversee implementation of S/4HANA transformations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (15+ years) in enterprise applications and proven leadership skills, managing substantial budgets and complex global projects. This role is positioned in Jessup, Maryland and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications with deep SAP expertise.
• Experience leading global SAP programs, including S/4HANA transformations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
