Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
• Effectively managing scope, schedule, resources, budget and communicating status, impediments, and risks of the program/project.
• Ensure projects are documented to mitigate risk and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop associates and partner cross-functionally to drive delivery.
