Job summary

SAS is offering a Summer Intern role in the Americas Consulting PMO, based in Cary (Hybrid). The program focuses on strategic delivery excellence, reducing time to value by simplifying processes and increasing efficiency across Consulting, MCS, PSD, Sales, and R&D.

You will learn to evaluate workflows, map processes, and contribute to scalable, customer-centric delivery practices while gaining exposure to enterprise-wide functions and mentorship from leaders.

Qualifications

• Undergrad student in Business Management, Analytics, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field; not graduating before December 2026.
• Curious, passionate, authentic and accountable as core values.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership abilities demonstrated by past experiences.
• Interest in the future of data and AI and embrace technology.

Responsibilities

• Review procedures and document minimum viable steps for simplified processes.
• Map cross-functional workflows across Sales, Hosting, PMO, Consulting and R&D.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose redesigned alternatives.
• Create standardized templates, playbooks, and delivery documentation with PM leaders.
• Capture real-world delivery challenges and translate into process improvements.
• Draft and maintain clear, repeatable internal documentation.
• Assist KPI tracking, meeting prep, reporting and internal communications.
