Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC seeks a senior leader to translate strategy into actionable initiatives across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to define governance, establish routines, and drive alignment across functions to deliver strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in a related field.
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
MBA or advanced degree preferred in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into execution with governance and milestones across the organization.
Partner with senior leaders to align initiatives and drive performance.
Develop regular, actionable performance reports for senior management.
Lead the Strategy Management Office as a center of excellence for strategy execution.
Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in construction materials.
Drive roadmaps and milestones; track progress and report outcomes.
Identify risks and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies.
