Job summary

Ornua is seeking a Senior Project Manager, PMO to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across innovation, commercialization, and growth. You will translate business objectives into executable plans and drive delivery from concept to value realization in a hybrid Evanston, IL setting.

Lead portfolio governance, manage risks, and ensure cadence across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain while upholding PMO maturity and disciplined change control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Food Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive project, program, or portfolio-management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience operating within a mature PMO or governance environment and applying those disciplines pragmatically.
• Experience leading initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization (Stage-Gate, commercialization, new-product development).
• Ability to establish credible integrated plans, critical paths, budgets, resource requirements, risk frameworks, and governance routines.
• Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and hold stakeholders accountable without direct authority.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including business cases, trade-off analysis, and benefits tracking.
• Exceptional facilitation, executive communication, problem-solving, and decision-preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact projects from concept through implementation, adoption, and post-launch review with clear ownership.
• Translate strategic objectives into integrated project plans, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
• Test assumptions, validate lead times, drive pace and accountability, and ensure delivery of business outcomes.
