Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Marketing PMO to lead complex, high-priority cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving accountability across Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation.

You will establish governance, manage risk, and create clear plans and milestones; you will maintain project plans in Asana and produce actionable reporting while building scalable PMO practices.

Qualifications

• Strong project management fundamentals and demonstrated experience independently leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Ownership mindset: take ownership, anticipate next steps and drive projects forward.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience creating structure in ambiguous environments and improving PM processes, governance and ways of working.
• Experience in marketing/creative/agency/ SaaS environments; familiarity with Asana or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects end-to-end across Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Communications, and Operations.
• Establish governance, manage risks/issues, run meetings, and escalate as needed to keep teams progressing toward outcomes.
• Create and maintain clear scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines; apply appropriate PM rigor.
• Develop and mature PMO processes, templates, documentation, and standards.
• Maintain project plans, risks, decisions, actions, and reporting in Asana to build institutional knowledge.
