Job summary

The role emphasizes Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery, with emphasis on compliance and risk management, and requires PMP/CSM or Six Sigma certification as preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Business or Related
• Minimum- 5 Years Product management, program management or related
• 8 Years Product management and Agile Methodology in lieu of education
• Preferred - PMP Certification
• Preferred - CSM Certification
• Preferred - Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor and report on project budget, expenditures and remaining funds.
• Partner with executives and process owners to translate vision into executable plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals and drive organizational change.
• Hold team members accountable to deliver quality milestones.
• Manage day-to-day activities to identify and resolve risks to timely implementation.
• Develop portfolio-level status reports with risk posture and delivery metrics.
• Serve as SME on Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
• Lead onboarding and training for new PMs and ensure adoption of PMO tools.
• Interface with regulatory stakeholders for compliance and risk.
• Ensure documentation aligns with audit and risk frameworks.
• Analyze IT delivery metrics and surface insights for risk mitigation.
• Provide coaching to PMs on delivery excellence and agile maturity.
• Facilitate peer reviews and planning workshops to raise PM capabilities.
