Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Project Manager - PMO Lead to drive project delivery for a major client portfolio. You will lead meetings, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate reports and reviews, and supervise project staff including space planners and CAD operators.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in engineering/construction project accountability and 3+ years in supervision, with a BS in Engineering or Architecture.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering, architecture or related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering/construction project accountability experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain budgets and timelines for projects.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management.
• Oversee consultants and construction teams; integrate related PM components as needed.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; advise the Account Director and team.
• Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• Provide documentation and reports to clients and building/facility teams.
• Supervise Project Managers, Space Planners and CAD Operators as required.
