Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Project Manager/PMO Specialist to provide comprehensive project management support for design, construction and modernization initiatives. You will maintain and post changes to drawings and specifications, manage correspondence among owners, architects and contractors, and assist in master schedule development.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in architecture, construction or project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior work experience in architecture, construction or project management preferred.
• A high school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract and project files, post changes to drawings and specifications.
• Develop standardized project management processes for schedule, budget, cost accountability and contract administration.
• Attend and facilitate project meetings; publish meeting minutes.
• Develop and document bid/award contract processes and design/construction procedures.
• Provide data for project status reports and ensure data integrity and compliance.
