Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior PMO leader in the Seattle area to govern and drive IT/OT implementation programs that align with business goals, scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones, dependencies, risks and executive updates, and establish consistent PMO processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or US permanent resident due to client engagements.
• 7+ years post-graduation work experience with PMO/program management leadership.
• Experience leading PMO functions and large-scale project delivery in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting IT/OT implementations or transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution for IT/OT implementation programs, ensuring alignment to objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Drive program planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technology, operations, vendors, and stakeholders, for complex transformations.
• Establish and maintain project management processes, standards, templates, and reporting practices.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, and governance forums; prepare updates and action tracking.
• Monitor program financials, resources, and delivery performance; escalate and propose corrective actions.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and change management.
