Guidehouse seeks a senior PMO leader to govern and execute IT/OT implementation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

You will drive planning, risk management, and executive reporting while coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations to deliver complex transformations. Travel and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years post-graduation work experience.
• Significant experience leading PMO functions, program management, or large-scale delivery in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting IT/OT implementations and transformations.
• Regulated/industrial environment exposure plus IT/OT convergence.
• PMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at Guidehouse offices or client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution for IT/OT implementation programs, ensuring alignment to objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Drive program planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk/issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, and stakeholders for complex transformations.
• Establish and maintain PMO processes, standards, templates, and reporting practices.
• Facilitate meetings, steering committees, governance forums; prepare updates and action tracking.
• Monitor program financials, resources, and delivery performance; escalate and recommend actions.
• Partner with leadership on process improvement and organizational adoption.
