Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced PMO leads to train AI-enhanced documentation workflows. This fully remote role requires 5+ years managing enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementations. You will create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows, including charters, raid logs, capacity planning, and steering reports.

Compensation is $70/hour with flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more). Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Manage program charters, raid logs, milestone tracking, and steering committee decks
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure executive-level quality and accuracy of deliverables
