Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of PMO for a leading AI lab project. You will own program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting across enterprise initiatives, refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Fully remote, 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start. Requires 5+ years leading complex programs with direct ownership, exceptional document craftsmanship, and flawless written communication for executive audiences. Compensation is $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
