Job summary

Ethos is inviting experienced program managers to join a leading AI lab in shaping AI-assisted document workflows. This remote, freelance-friendly role offers $70/hour for 5–20 hours weekly, with an ASAP start and flexible scheduling.

You will own and refine enterprise programs, create program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting, and ensure high-quality AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides across core workflows: program charter, raid logs, and status decks
• Own and report on program charters, raid logs, milestone tracking, and steering committee materials
• Coordinate enterprise programs with cross-functional teams to meet executive expectations
